Wait, Apparently Jennifer Coolidge Went to the Wedding for This Pop Star's Parents

We had no idea Jennifer Coolidge, 61, had any connection to Billie Eilish, 21, but it turns out that the White Lotus actress was close with the Grammy-winning singer's parents, and she even attended their wedding.

While promoting her new film, Shotgun Wedding, Coolidge was asked by Olivia Marks of Hits Radio to describe the craziest nuptials she ever attended. Coolidge answered by being vague at first. “I think the best wedding I've ever went to was...I got this invite when I was in this comedy group, The Groundlings, and all of us got it. It was sort of this potluck wedding where you brought a dish,” she said.

The Legally Blonde star then explained why the ceremony stuck out to her. “It was the most fun I've ever had at a wedding,” she said. “I've gone to all of these fancy weddings where people spend millions of dollars and things like that...it was just the most unique, natural wedding.”

Finally, Coolidge decided to reveal that the ceremony was for Patrick O'Connell and Maggie Baird, who are the parents to musicians and singers Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell. “This is the cool part of the story,” she said. “It was two people that [have] known each other for a really long time that married. They knew each other for 12 years. They gave birth to two children after they got married...their daughter is Billie Eilish, and their son is Finneas.”

Coolidge added, “I'll never forget that wedding. A family of deer showed up while they were doing the nuptials [and] stood in the background. It was the most romantic thing I've ever been to.”

Baird and O'Connell are both actors and they met while in Alaska. They tied the knot in 1995 and then Baird gave birth to Finneas two years later. Then, in 2001, they welcomed Billie.

It seems everyone is somehow connected in Tinseltown.
