It’s been more than 20 years since Jennifer Aniston made her debut as Rachel Green on Friends. However, the 52-year-old actress is sharing details about what’s changed.

Earlier this month, Aniston sat down for a candid interview with The Hollywood Reporter, where she opened up about the Friends reunion. She also discussed how tabloids have changed since she her early career days, claiming that it’s only gotten worse with the rise of social media.

“What the tabloids and the media did to people’s personal lives back then, regular people are doing now,” she said. “Although I haven’t seen a tabloid in so long. Am I still having twins? Am I going to be the miracle mother at 52?”

Aniston explained that she’s still being trolled—but instead of the media, she’s being criticized by the internet. “Now you’ve got social media,” she explained. “It’s almost like the media handed over the sword to any Joe Schmo sitting behind a computer screen to be a troll or whatever they call them and bully people in comment sections.” She’s not wrong.

The Morning Show actress also discussed the Friends reunion and explained why she had to walk off set. “It just took me by surprise because it was like, ‘Hi, past, remember me? Remember how that sucked? You thought everything was in front of you and life was going to be just gorgeous and then you went through maybe the hardest time in your life?’” she said. “It was all very jarring...I had to walk out at certain points. I don’t know how they cut around it.”

We’ll be there for you, Jennifer.
