Ever since Jennifer Aniston became a certified ‘It-Girl’ back in the ‘90s, she has inspired many trends, be it with her instantly iconic hairdos or her stunning fashion.

Now, the 52-year-old actress disclosed her daily routine in an exclusive interview with E!, and we are eager to learn the secrets to how she's managed to age so flawlessly.

In the interview, Aniston shared that she starts each day by caring for her body and mind. When asked what she prioritizes, she said: “Meditation, that's a no-brainer.” Then she added, “I also journal and if I don't get to do that, it's a bummer.”

But of course, Aniston can't forget the drink she needs to power her through the day: coffee. “That's sort of the ritual: Coffee, mediation, meditation comma coffee, depending on the order,” she said. Sometimes Aniston will even add a bit of Vital Protein's collagen to her daily cup of joe, or she will add some protein powder to her shakes.

Each morning, the Friends actress also loves to include a walk with her three dogs: Clyde, Sophie and Lord Chesterfield. She said, “Walking them and feeding them, that's my typical morning.”

However, if there's one thing that Aniston wants to avoid at all costs when she starts her day, it's screens. “No phones, no email, no texting and no social media. No looking at any of that for a good hour, hour and a half. I highly recommend doing a week of it, you won't believe the difference,” she said.

If you're wondering where the actress learned her routine, she has her mom to thank for that. Aniston said her late mom “was always very health conscious” and she tries to maintain the lifestyle that she grew up learning from her mother.

Looks like we've got some new methods to try out (but giving up the screen time is going to be difficult).
