Jennifer Aniston Shows Off *That* Bob Haircut in Throwback Video on Instagram

We never go on a break from obsessing over Jennifer Aniston (and her hair).

The Friends actress turned to Instagram to celebrate the birthday of journalist and activist Gloria Steinem. Aniston shared a snippet from an interview she held with Steinem at the MAKERS conference in 2014. She said, "Beautiful human #GloriaSteinem shaped me - and so many women throughout our lives. Forever grateful for your wisdom, bravery, spirit, passion — and your tireless commitment to Women’s Rights. Thank you, goddess [crown emoji]. We love you so very much. Happy Birthday."

The clip shows Aniston discussing feminism with Steinem, where she says, "I know you've come up against this, and I've certainly come up against this, of you know...being a woman, that our value and our worth is basically associated with our marital status or whether or not we've procreated." To which Steinem responds, "I guess we're in deep shit." Aniston (with a laugh) reiterates, "I think we're in deep shit."

In addition to the hilariously candid commentary, we can't stop obsessing over Aniston's haircut. The bob style reminds us of the days when everyone was trying to replicate The Rachel. While she recently converted to some fabulous golden highlights, Aniston has always maintained flawless locks. In an exclusive interview with her hairstylist, we learned that the secret to her hair's shiny exterior is paper-thin highlights, melted-together tones and Cool Blue gloss.

Jen, we never get tired of seeing your stunning 'dos.
