Jennifer Aniston Jokingly Disses Adam Sandler’s Casual Outfit at ‘Murder Mystery 2’ Premiere: ‘What the Hell?’

The highly anticipated sequel, Murder Mystery 2, has finally arrived on Netflix. (Read our honest review here.) Before the release, stars Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler attended the official premiere in Los Angeles. The Friends alum was (as always) dressed to the nines for the event, but she couldn’t say the same about her fellow co-star.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the actress, 54, spotted her co-star, 56, arriving on the red carpet and candidly reacted to what he was wearing: sweatpants and a hoodie.

Completely shocked, Aniston roasted his outfit right on the spot. “What the hell are you doing?! Aniston yelled at Sandler. “I’m not standing next to him. Sweatpants.” Her Friends character, Rachel Green, would approve of this response.

The 50 First Dates alum revealed that Aniston encouraged him to wear something casual. “You said it, you texted me, ‘Please wear your sweatshirt,’” Sandler said.

Aniston clarified, “I said, ‘Please don’t wear your sweatshirt.’” But in the end, the two castmates were all smiles as they posed together for a few snaps on the red carpet.

Before the event, Aniston gave her followers a sneak peek of her dress on Instagram. In the video, The Morning Show star is wearing a beaded silver and gold dress (which was featured in the recent Atelier Versace couture collection.) The actress paired the stunning ensemble with silver open-toed heels.

Aniston wrote in the caption, “Thank you to my incredible team @mrchrismcmillan, @angelalevinmakeup and #ryanhastings for such a fun MM2 press tour! #MurderMystery2 coming to a streaming service (aka @Netflix) near you!”

Jennifer, you get an A for effort.
