Henry Golding Is a Young Fred Astaire on the Oscars Red Carpet

Be still our hearts, because Crazy Rich Asians star Henry Golding just stepped out on the Oscars red carpet and is channeling Hollywood’s Golden Age like no other. Or should we say Golding Age?

Not just any 1930s or ’40s star, though. Just us, or is Golding the spitting image of the toe-tapper himself, Fred Astaire?

Golding sported a Ralph Lauren Purple Label tuxedo and white waistcoat with slicked-back hair, and teased the highly anticipated Crazy Rich Asians sequels.

“You know, it’s wonderful to be able to stand next to everybody. Having a film like Crazy Rich Asians come out, making such a big impact, it just goes to show that we’re worthy of the pantheon that is theater and cinema, so more to come, I hope,” Golding told E! News

* Cue high-pitched squeal *

That hair, the tux... Now all he needs is a top hat (and maybe a cane?) and he’s there.

Hollywood, we’re begging for a Funny Face remake starring the A Simple Favor actor, pretty please.
