Gwyneth Paltrow is celebrating the last year in her forties the best way she knows how—by soaking in an outdoor bathtub and taking few shots (the photographic kind that is and not the tequila variety).
To mark her big day on Monday, the Iron Man actress took some much-needed rest and recovery from her busy work schedule in Milan, Italy. The Goop founder shared a photo of herself relaxing in a massive tub (in her birthday suit, of course). She simply captioned the post with an eclipse emoji.
And we’re not going to lie, the post gave us deja vu to last year’s birthday snap. ICYMI: For her 48th birthday, Paltrow shared another NSFW pic featuring herself standing in her backyard…completely nude.
“In nothing but my birthday suit today... thank you all so much for the birthday wishes and thank you to @goop's insanely amazing brand new body butter for making me think I can still get my kit off. #goopgenes,” she wrote alongside the image. We’re sensing a pattern, here.
Fans and followers quickly commented on this year's post’s with well-wishes for the birthday girl. Nyakio Grieco wrote, “Happy Birthday to one of the most supportive souls this world is so lucky to call their own! May this be your best year yet GP!” while Paris Hilton added, “Happy birthday beautiful!”
In addition, Jennifer Aniston shared a sweet note for her pal on her Instagram story, featuring two throwback photo booth images of Aniston, Paltrow, and Kate Hudson closely huddled and posing for the camera.
