The Grammys just announced the winner of a highly coveted honor.
Tonight, the 62nd annual Grammy Awards took place at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. During the non-televised ceremony, Tanya Tucker took home the award for Best Country Album for While I’m Livin’.
The artist beat out Desperate Man by Eric Church, Stronger Than the Truth by Reba McEntire, Interstate Gospel by Pistol Annies and Center Point Road by Thomas Rhett.
At last year’s show, Kacey Musgraves took home the award in this category for Golden Hour (“Space Cowboy,” “Oh, What a World,” “Love Is a Wild Thing”). Musgraves was up against Unapologetically by Kelsea Ballerini, Port Saint Joe by Brothers Osborne, Girl Going Nowhere by Ashley McBryde and From a Room: Volume 2 by Chris Stapleton.
