Potty-training your kids can be a challenge, and Gabrielle Union knows this all too well.
The 48-year-old actress gave fans a brief update on Instagram of how the process is going with her 2-year-old daughter, Kaavia—and there's no shortage of sass in the toddler's reactions throughout the short clip. Union wrote, "How potty training is going [laughing emojis] @kaaviajames man... If this is her at 2, Lord help us [poop emojis]."
In the video, Union asks her daughter, "Did you poo-poo in the potty?" Kaavia responds, "Yep!" But when her mom asks the same question a second time, she gives the same answer and flashes her mom a classic side-eye glance before attempting to change the subject. "Yeah, you poo-pooed like they poopooed,” Union joked while pointing to their dogs' poop in the grass.
Eagle-eyed followers took notice of Kaavia's black-and-white shirt, which fittingly reads "Got it from my mama." And in the comments, comedian Jessie Woo wrote, "Lmaoooo it’s the 'I’m lying like hell' side eye." Another follower added, "Why is she sooo cute [heart eyes emojis] lol I live for these updates."
Union has been sharing plenty of sweet mother-daughter moments on her Instagram feed, from their matching bathing suits to their cozy movie nights together. With the latter post, Union wrote, "@kaaviajames watching Moana. That's her jam right now and it's a vibe."
