Gabrielle Union is sharing never-before-seen photos of her daughter, Kaavia, who already has a whole lot of personality at the ripe age of two.
Yesterday, the Bring It On alum, 48, shared a video on her personal Instagram account in honor of Kaavia’s birthday. The clip features several photos and videos of the toddler over the years, including rare shots of Union’s husband, Dwyane Wade.
In the caption, Union gave us insight into Kaavia’s one-of-a-kind personality, writing, “The light of our lives. The spark to our joy in dark times. The giggler of farts. The eater of alllll the food. The dancer to the jams. The smart, funny, adventurous, cutie that gave us a different kind of purpose. We [heart emoji] you sooooo much @kaaviajames Happy Birthday babygirl #ShadyBabyTurns2.”
This isn’t the first time Union has documented her daughter’s milestones on Instagram. Earlier this year, the actress posted a funny photoshoot with Kaavia, who is making an “I’m so over this” face as her mom tries to entertain her.
“I was just minding my own business yall. I needed some ME time. Here she comes. All in the kool-aid trying to add agave,” the caption read. She even tagged the location of the post “I want to be alone.”
