#Tbt to Meghan Markle's royal tour of Australia. You know, when we first got wind of Baby Sussex and she gave us a 16-day parade of sleek and sophisticated—but also effortless—fashion?
You Can Now Get a $128 Version of Meghan Markle's Famous $228 Shirt
As you'll recall, one of those ensembles famously included a Frank & Eileen white button-down shirt (called the “Eileen”—it retails for $228). Meghan elegantly wore the top with a pair of black jeans as she boarded a plane from Fraser Island to Fiji. Flawless.
Well, lo and behold, Frank & Eileen founder Audrey McLoghlin is officially launching a more affordable version of the shirt Meghan wore. The new line is called Grayson and it's available to buy starting March 14.
What makes it unique? It's actually not a “boyfriend” shirt so to speak. Instead, it was made by a woman for a woman with a pattern designed to fit varying ages, sizes and proportions with just one silhouette.
The debut collection includes 15 different colors and prints to choose from with a new capsule collection—featuring fabrics ranging from tissue cotton to flannel—due out every month.
The cost? A cool $128-$148 per shirt—half the cost of the style worn by Meghan.
Duchess fashion on a budget? We're here for it. Especially if it means a classic (and royally-approved) piece we can mix into our wardrobe year-round.
