It's not a regular art museum, it's a floating art museum.
Yep, the world's first floating museum (!), Fluctuart, has docked in Paris.
According to Forbes, the three-story floating building with transparent walls, which is dedicated to street art and graffiti, will officially open in May. Where can you find it? On the banks of the Seine River at the foot of the Invalides bridge facing the Grand Palais.
Fluctuart was planned by the architecture firm Seine Design and built in less than two years in Dieppe, after winning a 2017 call by Paris officials to revitalize the Seine.
