There must be something in the air at the U.S. Open because Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, who are typically quite private about their children, decided to bring daughters Hazel, 10, and Violet, 7 out to watch the riveting tennis match again this year. Around this time last year, the power couple were spotted with their two children in the stands intently watching the match. Not long ago, Blunt announced that she was taking a break from acting to spend time with her two children, and from the looks of it, that's exactly what her and her husband are doing.
Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s Kids Make Extremely Rare Public Appearance (& They Look Just Like Mom)
The couple brought the whole fam to the U.S. Open
The family of four were seated together at this year's U.S. Open Women's Final on Saturday, September 7th watching the match between Aryna Sabalenka and Jessica Pegula at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City. Almost the entire family rocked coordinated outfits with casual tops and caps. Blunt wore a black button up shirt with a wide collar and matching black cap with a red emblem. Krasinski wore an olive green long-sleeved sweater and a black and white Red Sox cap and rocked some beaded friendship bracelets. Young Hazel was donning a blue shirt, white jacket and matching white cap, while Violet skipped the baseball cap but still caught our attention with her rainbow manicure contrasted with her black top. We can't help but notice the striking resemblance between the girls and their famous mom.
Blunt and Krasinski were seen chatting with one another throughout the match while their girls sat between the couple. The two kids often switched spots and their youngest, Violet, sat on both parents' laps at various points throughout the match watching as Sabalenka defeat Pegula on the court in a 7-5 victory.
In addition to Blunt and Krasinsky, a number of other famous faces have graced the seats of USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center this year including Tina Fey, Kevin Jonas, Emma Roberts, Cynthia Erivo, Simone Biles, John Mayor, Serena Williams and Shailene Woodley.
Here's to hoping the Blunt-Krasinsky family will be gracing us with their presence at next year's U.S. Open.
