During Emmys night, actress Ellen Pompeo, 54, reunited with her former Grey’s Anatomy cast members, Katherine Heigl, Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr. and Chandra Wilson (aka the OG Seattle Grace crew) onstage with a hospital backdrop.

It’s only been a couple of days since the reunion took place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles and Pompeo is already treating her fans to another surprise on social media, which is a super rare video of the Grey’s Anatomy star bonding with her daughter, Stella Luna.

In a new slideshow shared on the actress’s Instagram account, the first slide features a video of  Pompeo laughing and smiling next to her teenage daughter.

The footage, which appears to have been recorded hours before the Emmys ceremony, shows the mother of three rocking a Monique Lhuillier ensemble paired with REZA jewelry. As for her daughter, the 14-year-old (who looks so grown up) decided to go with a simple black strapless jumpsuit for the evening. Stella also acted as her mother’s date for the awards ceremony.

The next slide shows Pompeo’s glam squad prepping for the big night ahead. The caption read, “Thank you again, to everyone that made this happen yesterday! We had the best night.”

Pompeo shares Stella and her two younger siblings—Sienna May (9) and Eli Christopher (6)—with husband Chris Ivery. After meeting in 2003, the couple tied the knot in 2007. Fast forward to September 2009, Pompeo and Ivery welcomed their eldest daughter, Stella Luna.
