Property Brothers star Drew Scott is taking on an all-new adventure: parenthood.
Yesterday, the HGTV personality revealed that he and his wife, Linda Phan, welcomed their first child together: a baby boy named Parker James. Scott announced the exciting news on his personal Instagram account, where he shared a slideshow featuring his family of three.
The first pic shows the trio’s hands, and it’s followed by another photo of the proud parents snuggling with the newborn. Phan is nursing the baby and taking a selfie, while Scott admires the small child.
The caption read, “Our lives are forever changed [red heart emoji] Welcome to the world Parker James [smiling emoji] [baby emoji].”
The couple shared details about Parker on this week’s episode of their At Home podcast. “Our new baby boy, he’s a healthy baby boy, he’s adorable,” Scott said.
Phan added, “Other than pooped, I feel great. Very happy that he’s finally here and I’m still in awe and in disbelief. I feel like every step of this pregnancy has taken me time to adjust. And then as soon as I almost adjust, it’s onto the next milestone or the next thing. I feel like I’m always playing catchup with my feelings.”
Scott continued, “It’s this immediate love and this feeling of you need to do everything you can to keep them safe and make them feel loved.”
