Denise Richards Shares Rare Photo of Her Oldest Daughter (& They Look So Much Alike)

We can never get enough mini-me moments from celebrity mothers and their children.

Luckily, Denise Richards just shared a post in honor of her daughter, Sami Sheen, who recently turned seventeen (and we're not totally convinced these aren't old photos of Richards herself).

Richards, who rarely shares pictures of her children, posted a slideshow of Sami putting on her best modeling pose in a hot pink sweatshirt, along with some more playful selfies. The final image is a People magazine cover from April of 2004, where Richards posed with her ex-husband (and Sami's father), Charlie Sheen, in celebration of the pair's first child together.

Along with the photos, Richards wrote a heartfelt caption, saying: "Can’t believe my beautiful baby girl is 17!!!! Time flies by so fast, so amazed the beautiful young woman you’ve become. Although a part of me would give anything to have those years back when you were little. I cherish those precious moments. I love you so much Sami girl. I’m so proud of you. You’re beyond beautiful inside and out and so compassionate. I love you my Sami. Happy Birthday."

Sami is the oldest of Richards's three children, and she has two other daughters, Lola Rose (15) and Eloise Joni (9). Richards is married to Aaron Phypers, who is in the process of legally adopting Eloise.

We're certainly looking forward to more mother-daughter twinning moments from Richards.
