Demi Moore has nailed awards show fashion as of late. Not only did she dazzle in gold at the Golden Globes (very fitting), but she also stole the show in a strapless dress at the Critics Choice Awards.
And this week, the 62-year-old actress walked the BAFTAs red carpet in another eye-catching ensemble. Moore was wearing a custom sequin gown by one of Kate Middleton’s favorite designers, Alexander McQueen.
The dress had a high neckline that offered a modest silhouette from the front. When Moore turned around, the gown had an open back that showed just enough skin. The ensemble was complete with a long train that only added to the drama.
Moore was nominated for leading actress at the BAFTAs for The Substance. Many expected her to win the award (especially since she won the Golden Globe and the Critics Choice Award), however, the trophy went home with Mikey Madison for her performance in Anora.
Other nominees included Karla Sofía Gascón for Emilia Pérez, Marianne Jean-Baptiste for Hard Truths, Saoirse Ronan for The Outrun and Cynthia Erivo for Wicked.
The jury is still out on who will win the 2025 Oscar Award. Both Moore and Madison are nominated against Gascón, Erivo and Fernanda Torres for I’m Still Here.
I can’t wait to see what Moore wears to the 2025 Academy Awards.
