We woke up to some pretty major news this morning. Not only is Taylor Swift releasing her 8th studio album, but her pal, Demi Lovato, is getting married! Lucky for us, her engagement dress is still available online (and it’s on sale).
ICYMI: The “I Love Me” singer and her boyfriend, Max Ehrich, shared the engagement news in matching Instagram slideshows, which featured photos from the moments after Lovato said “Yes.”
“I knew I loved you the moment I met you,” the 27-year-old wrote alongside her post. “It was something I can’t describe to anyone who hasn’t experienced it firsthand but luckily you did too. I’ve never felt so unconditionally loved by someone in my life (other than my parents) flaws and all. You never pressure me to be anything other than myself. And you make me want to be the best version of myself. I’m honored to accept your hand in marriage.”
And while we were initially blinded by the rock on Lovato’s finger, we also took note of her engagement ensemble—specifically, her gorgeous white dress. As it turns out, the piece is the Retrofête's Flynn Dress from the Spring 2020 collection and is still available online. In fact, the long-sleeve, padded shoulder dress with a sleek keyhole back is currently on major sale.
However, we know how these things go, and we fully expect the dress to be sold out in the not-too-distant future. Especially since the stretch fabric looks so comfy and flattering, making this an easy breezy summer outfit.
If this dress is any indication, we have a feeling Lovato will stun in her wedding gown. Or, dare we say, wedding gowns.
