​Clare Crawley Has Lunch with Her Ex-Fiancé​​ in New ‘Bachelorette’ Pics​

It’s hard to tell from the photo, since Crawley is facing the camera. But it’s very clear that she’s sitting down with a man, who has a strikingly similar haircut to Beauséjour-Savard.

We’re not entirely sure why Crawley is meeting up with her ex-fiancé. But if we’ve learned anything from past seasons, ABC probably suggested she get closure before dating 30-plus men on national television. (You know, just in case there’s some unforeseen drama like when Hannah Brown hosted Peter Weber’s group date on The Bachelor.)

Crawley and Beauséjour-Savard met on the inaugural season of Bachelor: Winter Games. Although the international contestant proposed to Crawley during the season finale, the couple called it quits a few months later. Earlier this month, ABC shocked everyone when they named Crawley the next Bachelorette, since many assumed it would go to Kendall Long, Sydney Hightower or—dare we say—Brown.

Maybe this season won’t be so bad after all.
