Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson have officially leveled up by adding another member to their growing family.
The 37-year-old singer announced that she is expecting her fourth child (her third with Wilson) in a silhouette video on Instagram, which was filmed during the couple's anniversary getaway in Japan. She wrote, “You look at me like that again, we make another kid…You my heart, I’m your rib.”
In the black-and-white clip, set to her new single "How We Roll," Ciara dances in front of a pool and turns to reveal her baby bump. In the comments, a fan wrote, "Congratulations Cici!! You deserve all the joy & happiness in the world, wishing you a wonderful pregnancy."
According to People, the singer kept her pregnancy under wraps for weeks before making the news public. One source told the publication, "Ciara has been working and traveling all through her pregnancy. She shot the 'How We Roll' video while pregnant. She was dancing on set all day long for a full day's shoot. It's astonishing how much energy she has when she's pregnant."
The added, "She loves being a mother so this is what she loves doing. This is what she has always wanted, and Russ too. They've always wanted a lot of kids."
In an interview with Essence, Ciara opened up about her experience with parenting. She said, “When you have two kids it’s double the love. With Russ, Future, and Sienna, I have an abundance of love, so it just feels really good."
"As an entertainer when you’re just going and going, and with business when you’re really driven, when you have days like Mother’s Day you take the moment to put all of that to the side and really be normal and embrace that special part of life."
