Chipotle Just Launched 4 New ‘Lifestyle’ Bowls—and They’re Paleo, Keto & Whole30 Approved

Chipotle is our go-to when we want fast food…but don’t want the, um, emotional baggage that comes with french fries and a large soda. And the restaurant just upped the ante with four new menu items that are all New Year’s resolution approved. Yep, the so-called “lifestyle” bowls are paleo-ketogenic- and Whole30-friendly.

There’s a keto salad bowl, which includes lettuce, carnitas (pork), red salsa, cheese and guacamole; a paleo salad bowl with lettuce, barbacoa (beef), fajita veggies, green salsa and guacamole; a Whole30 salad bowl made of lettuce, carnitas, fajita veggies, tomato salsa and guacamole; and a double protein bowl, which features white rice, black beans, a full portion of chicken and steak, red salsa, lettuce and sour cream (for bulking up, obv).

While the menu additions are more like rearrangements of existing ingredients than new options, we can’t complain about the fact that this makes it even easier to stick to your resolutions.

Bye, beans and rice. We have a lunch to eat.
