When it comes to surprising his wife, Chip Gaines isn’t afraid to vandalize his own property.
No, really. The Fixer Upper star recently celebrated his wife, Joanna, in honor of Valentine’s Day. Chip shared a photo on Instagram, featuring one of the Silos at Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas, which has “Chip Hearts Jo” written in big green lettering.
In the caption, Chip confirmed the color of the font was no coincidence: “Happy Valentine’s Day, sweet girl!! #inJohnDeereGreen.”
Joanna posted a similar photo on her personal Instagram account and wrote, “That's big love @chipgaines.”
Chip’s larger-than-life message wasn’t their only plan for Valentine’s Day. That morning, the Fixer Upper stars celebrated the annual holiday with a family breakfast with their five children, Drake (13), Ella Rose (12), Duke (9), Emmie Kay (8) and Crew (8 months).
Joanna shared a photo of their meal on her Instagram Story and captioned the post, “Valentine’s breakfast aftermath.”
The pic features the Gaineses’ breakfast table, which is strewn with leftover fruit, scones, chocolates, mugs and a well-placed “Be brave” sign.
