Grace Kelly’s Granddaughter, Charlotte Casiraghi, Just Had a Second Wedding in France

It appears Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner weren’t the only celebrity couple to host a repeat wedding in France this weekend. In fact, Grace Kelly’s granddaughter, Charlotte Casiraghi, also had a second ceremony with her new husband, film producer Dimitri Rassam.

The couple reportedly re-tied the knot in Casiraghi’s hometown of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, a picturesque village in the south of France. According to WWD, the wedding consisted of a religious ceremony, followed by a private reception.

Although Casiraghi (who is 11th in line for the Monegasque throne) wore both Saint Laurent and Chanel during her first nuptials, the 32-year-old bride opted for a romantic gown for the second wedding, which was custom made by Giambattista Valli.

The brand’s official Instagram account debuted a pic of the gorgeous dress, which features a sheer neckline, floral details and a whole lot of ruffles.

The gown low-key paid tribute to the Christian Dior dress that her mother, Princess Caroline, wore when she married her first husband, Philippe Junot, back in 1978. Princess Caroline’s look not only featured a similar neckline, but it was also made of silk chiffon…just like her daughter’s.

Casiraghi’s second royal wedding comes just one month after she exchanged vows with Rassam in a civil ceremony at Prince’s Palace in Monaco. The pair started dating in 2016 and announced their engagement in March 2018. They share an 8-month-old son, Balthazar, along with Casiraghi’s 5-year-old son from a previous marriage, Raphaël.

Congratulations to the bride and groom…again!
