Princess Diana’s Brother Charles Spencer Shares Grainy Pic of Their Late Father (& Fans Think He Looks Like Prince Harry)

Princess Diana’s younger brother, Charles Spencer, is taking a moment to remember their late dad, John Spencer, on social media.

Last week on Instagram, the British author posted a throwback photo of his father. Dressed in military attire, John looks straight ahead as he walks next to a wagon. (FYI, the 8th Earl Spencer served as a captain in the Royal Scots Greys from 1944 to 1945.) 

In the caption, Charles wrote, “My father, in military mode, 70 years ago. #scotsgreys #royalscotsgreys #1950s #blackandwhitephotography.”

In the comments section, some royal admirers couldn’t help but notice how much Princess Diana’s youngest son, Prince Harry, resembles his late grandpa. One person wrote, “I can see Harry in his Grandpa.” Sharing the same sentiment, another chimed in and said, “I see a bit of Harry in him.”

This is not the first time royal fans have pointed out the striking resemblance between the late John Spencer and another member of the British royal family. Back in February, Charles marked what would have been John's 100th birthday by posting three paintings of the British nobleman in different stages of his life on his personal Instagram page. 

Sure enough, fans were quick to see the uncanny resemblance between John and his great-grandchild, Prince George. One follower commented, “Prince George is so like his great-grandfather. He is definitely a Spencer.”
