Céline Dion Makes Rare Appearance with Son René-Charles for Her New Documentary Premiere

My heart will go on…after seeing these stunning photos of Céline Dion and her oldest son, René-Charles Angélil, being the ultimate mother-son duo while attending the premiere of the singer’s new documentary, I Am: Celine Dion.

On June 17, the 56-year-old musician and her son René-Charles attended the premiere at Alice Tully Hall in the Big Apple. While posing for photos together, The Power of Love singer wore a gorgeous white monochromatic ensemble, which consisted of a long-sleeved sheer blouse and a flowy floor-length skirt. The outfit also featured a sparkly silver belt with a black buckle fastened at the waist. 

Meanwhile, René-Charles, 23, looked rather dashing in a black tailored suit with a matching tie, a white button-up shirt and loafers. 

The message continued, “This last couple of years has been such a challenge for me, the journey from discovering my condition to learning how to live with and manage it, but not to let it define me. As the road to resuming my performing career continues, I have realized how much I have missed it, of being able to see my fans. During this absence, I decided I wanted to document this part of my life, to try to raise awareness of this little-known condition, to help others who share this diagnosis. – Celine Dion.”
