Catherine Zeta-Jones Gives Rare Peek at Stepson—and He Looks Just Like Dad Michael Douglas

Catherine Zeta-Jones is no stranger to posting photos of her loved ones—especially when a birthday is involved. So, when we saw that she shared a sweet tribute to her stepson earlier this month, we weren’t exactly surprised.

On December 14, the Chicago actress shared a video in honor of Cameron Douglas’s birthday. In the clip, we get a glimpse of her husband, Michael Douglas, holding Cameron as a young child. The short vid also features a few solo shots of the 42-year-old as well as a slow-motion montage of him jumping off a cliff on what appears to be a family vacation.

“Happy Birthday to my totally truly fabulously loving step son @cameronmorrelldouglas love you with all my heart,” she captioned the video alongside a heart emoji.

And while we were a bit distracted by the editing of the video (no offense, Catherine), we couldn’t help but notice that Cameron is practically a doppelgänger of his father. Yup, it looks like Cam acquired more than just his dad's love for acting. He also seems to have acquired his dad’s smile, nose and seriously impressive bone structure. The only feature he doesn’t share with his father? Blue eyes. (Cameron must have gotten his brown eyes from his mother Diandra Luker.)

The Douglases aren’t the only ones with strong genes. Zeta-Jones’s likeness has also been passed down to her own children, especially to her daughter Carys Zeta Douglas.

If we’ve learned one thing from the Zeta-Jones/Douglas family, it’s that good looks run in the gene pool.
