Only Carrie Underwood Could Pull Off Sparkly Leather Chaps

Just because Carrie Underwood is on the Denim & Rhinestones Tour doesn’t mean she can’t wear head-to-toe leather.

This week, the 39-year-old singer brought the Denim & Rhinestones Tour to Moline, Illinois. During the performance, she debuted a brand-new outfit that’s taking social media by storm.

The outfit featured a leather corset that’s embezzled with rhinestones, pearls and other jewels. She completed the look sparkly black shorts and—wait for it—leather chaps that were attached with suspenders to her over-the-knee boots.

She styled her hair in her signature curls—but instead of parting it down the middle, she moved it to the side to create more volume.

Underwood shared photos of the ensemble on Instagram and wrote, “Last night was super fun! Thanks, #Moline for going out on the town on a Saturday night!” She even credited the professional photographer, Jeff Johnson.

Underwood wore a similar outfit earlier this month when she performed in St. Louis, Missouri. At the time, she wore studded shorts with a leather jacket and tank top. She captioned the post, “St. Louis was soooooo gooooood last night! One of the best crowds of the tour so far, hands down! And on a MONDAY night!!! Hope you all aren’t feeling it at work today! Thanks for coming out to party!”
