Carrie Bradshaw Has a New Love Interest According to These ‘And Just Like That...’ Set Photos

We've been prepared for there to be major changes in the new Sex and the City reboot And Just Like That...

For starters, we already knew that series regular Kim Cattrall would not be returning for the new episodes, and she is being replaced by newcomers like Nicole Ari Parker and Sarita Choudhury. Meanwhile, American costume designer Patricia Field (who designed clothing for all six seasons of the show, as well as the two feature films) ultimately decided not to return for the reboot either.

Now, we can expect another twist when these ten episodes premiere in December. It looks like Carrie Bradshaw has got a brand-new love interest in the series, played by Jon Tenney. While details of Tenney's character have not been disclosed, Getty Images captured photos from the filming of the reboot, and the two were getting quite cozy on the streets of New York (and Mr. Big was nowhere to be found).

While most images of the two seemed harmless, it was all but confirmed that Tenney will be playing a love interest of Carrie's when the two were captured kissing during shooting.

And this doesn't appear to be a one-off either. While these photos were taken during a night shoot, the pair were seen filming a different scene earlier that day. Although there weren't any kisses captured during that shoot, the two still seemed to be portraying an intimate relationship.

According to HBO, And Just Like That... will follow Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda as they “navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.”

Based on these pictures, it seems we're in for quite a few surprises along the way.
