Baby lambs rank very high on the undisputed, totally objective, completely impartial cuteness scale (followed by puppies, miniature anything and Princess Charlotte playing with balloons). In a "lucky for her, jealous for us" moment, Camilla Parker Bowles visited a farm on Thursday and got to pet two little lambs. Two?!
Camilla Parker Bowles Petting a Lamb Makes Her Our New Favorite Royal
The Duchess of Cornwall visited Jamie's Farm, a charity that works with disadvantaged youth to provide therapy and counseling by connecting at-risk teens to farming and the outdoors, in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. She was there to celebrate the organization's tenth anniversary, and grew up nearby the farm in Plumpton, East Sussex.
Parker Bowles wore a baby blue dress coat, pearls and brown leather shoes with a chunky heel. She also met with piglets, goats and other farm animals during her visit…and these videos by The Daily Mail's Rebecca English make us want to move to a farm right this minute.
After her farm visit, the duchess stopped at an English winery called Ridgeview Estate that specializes in sparkling wine. Since Parker-Bowles's late father was a wine merchant, the mother-of-two said she felt right at home while touring the vineyard's property, according to The Daily Mail.
We just hope she had a glass to toast to her ninth grandchild, royal baby Archie Harrison.
