Did you know the royal family has their own version of Rent the Runway?
During a special special state visit to Germany, Camilla Parker Bowles stopped by the Bellevue Palace with King Charles III. The queen consort sported a number of gorgeous accessories, including a necklace that once belonged to her mother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II.
For the event, Bowles chose a long black dress adorned with silver embroidery. (The gown was designed by Bruce Oldfield, per Tatler.) To match this sparkly gown, the queen consort donned the Greville Tiara (which was bequeathed to The Queen Mother by Dame Margaret Greville in 1942) along with a fringe necklace that was previously owned by Queen Elizabeth, according to People. The City of London necklace was made in the 19th century and it was gifted to Queen Elizabeth on her wedding day in 1947.
