According to Science, This ‘Bridgerton’ Star Has Been Deemed the Sexiest Man in the World

We're no scientists, but this sounds right to us—a new study was conducted in order to determine the “sexiest man alive,” and it turns out former Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page, 35, was the winner.

A new report from The Daily Mail revealed that “ancient scientific research” was used to crown Page as the sexiest man in the world. So, what was the metric? The Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi (which is used to measure facial symmetry) was applied by Dr. Julian De Silva, and the man formerly known as the Duke of Hastings apparently got a 93.65 percent match.

Dr. De Silva works for the Centre For Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in Harley Street, London, and apparently he used computerized face mapping to achieve these numbers. “These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients’ surgery,” he said.

Close behind Page on the list was Chris Hemsworth, who scored 93.53 percent. Then, rounding out the top three was Creed and Black Panther heartthrob, Michael B. Jordan, with 93.46 percent.

Other stars who made the top 10 include Harry Styles (92.3%), Jude Bellingham (92.22%), Robert Pattinson (92.15%), Chris Evans (91.92%), George Clooney (89.91%), Henry Golding (87.98%) and Dwayne Johnson (86.07%).

Ever since his breakthrough role in Bridgerton, Page has been stealing the hearts of viewers. And while he sadly left the romantic Netflix show, fans can look forward to his upcoming role in the new Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and he is even rumored to be in the running as the next James Bond.

Lady Whistledown would certainly approve of this list.
