The opening day for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games was nothing short of entertaining. There was the parade of nations along the Seine River, Céline Dion's grand return and, of course, Lady Gaga's feather-filled performance. But perhaps one of the most memorable moments was seeing Beyoncé introduce Team USA in a dazzling promo video.

In the two-and-a-half-minute clip, which features a remixed version of Beyoncé's song, “YA YA,” the "Texas Hold 'Em" singer (42) donned a patriotic bodysuit and cowboy hat with sequined cowboy boots and a red, white and black cape. She gave the team a warm welcome and said, "Get a look at America, y'all. These hopes and dreams, these superstars that represent us—the people of the big, bold, beautiful, complicated nation."

After commending standout athletes like Sha'Carri Richardson and Caeleb Dressel, she gave a special shoutout to the world's most decorated gymnast. As the video cuts to flashbacks of her previous routines, the singer says, "I know you know my girl, Simone. Born to Fly. Destined to inspire."

In addition, Biles appears alongside her teammates Jade Carey, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles and Hezly Rivera as they dance to the remixed song in navy blue bodysuits. Then, the entire men's gymnastics team makes an appearance, including Fred Richard, Brody Malone, Paul Juda, Asher Hong and Stephen Nedoroscik.

In the promo, Beyoncé says, "We've got superstars and we've got legends. We've got big dreamers who fought their whole lives to get here, who gave up everything for one shot and made it. That pride and that joy, that's what gets me about this team, and that's what makes me believe in this team, and that's why I can't wait to see what they pull off."

She continues, "America, give it up for Team USA, the very best of who we are. What a vision to behold, what a team to believe in, what a night to celebrate."

I imagine Queen Bey couldn't be prouder right now, given how Biles helped put Team USA in first place during the qualifying round for the women's team. Next, Biles will compete in all four events of the team final on Tuesday, July 30. Her teammate, Jordan Chiles, will also compete in each event.

Here's hoping they both come out on top.
