Beyoncé is showing her support for Meghan Markle after the duchess's recent groundbreaking interview.
On Sunday, the 39-year-old and her husband, Prince Harry, sat down with Oprah Winfrey for a tell-all conversation, titled Oprah with Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special. During the interview, the couple opened up about their decision to step down as senior royals, their relationship with the media and what it was like for the Duchess of Sussex to join the royal family.
Afterwards, Lemonade singer posted a sweet message to Markle on her personal website. “Thank you Meghan for your courage and leadership," the homepage reads. “We are all strengthened by you." In addition to the kind words, the post also includes a snap of Queen Bey and Markle at the U.K. premiere for Beyoncé's movie The Lion King back in July 2019.
And the 39-year-old singer isn’t the first of the ex-royal’s pals showing their support over the last few days. Right after the segment aired, BFF and tennis star, Serena Williams, shared praise for her BFF on her personal Instagram page.
