The film industry wouldn’t be complete without an ode to the behind-the-scenes masterminds.

Tonight, Hollywood’s biggest stars gathered at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles for the 91st annual Academy Awards. During the ceremony, Black Panther took home the Oscar for Best Production Design.

The film edged out First Man, The Favourite, Mary Poppins Returns and Roma.

The Academy first introduced the category back in 1929. Although it was originally called Best Art Direction, that all changed in 2012 when it was renamed Best Production Design.

While Cedric Gibbons (The Wizard of Oz, An American in Paris) currently holds the record for most wins (11), previous winners include The Shape of Water, La La Land, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Grand Budapest Hotel and The Great Gatsby.
