It feels like it was just yesterday when Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias welcomed their third child, Mary. But now, the newest addition to their family is already a full year old.
Kournikova marked the special occasion on Instagram by sharing a photo of the toddler, who's seen sporting a beige dress and a matching hair band. The tennis star simply captioned the post "1!" with a heart emoji.
In the pic, Mary props herself up on the bed as she looks away from the camera with excitement. One fan wrote, "Happy birthday! She's absolutely adorable!"
The post comes just a few weeks after Kournikova celebrated her twins Lucy and Nicholas's birthdays in December. In two separate posts, which were both captioned "3! [heart emoji]," she showcased extremely rare closeups of the two siblings, who wore matching smiles.
In an interview with People, Iglesias revealed that the twins really enjoy being older siblings. He said, “They actually love it. There’s a two-year difference, so I was a little scared. I was like, ‘How are they going to react?’ And I have two dogs so my house is chaotic. When we first came home with Masha, I was like, ‘Oh, how is everybody going to react?’”
But thankfully, his tour buddy and fellow celebrity dad, Ricky Martin, has been offering some useful dad advice. Iglesias continued, “Ricky was giving me some advice. It’s tough. It’s tough, but it’s doable. Obviously, we’re fortunate enough that if we want to do it, we can do it.”
