Season ten of American Horror Story is expected to air later this year, and FX is already getting fans excited about future installments.
The network just renewed the popular anthology show for three more seasons. This means AHS will return for seasons 11, 12 and 13, in addition to the tenth installment, so prepare for a new batch of mind-bending themes courtesy of series creator Ryan Murphy.
John Landgraf, chairman of FX Networks and FX Productions, announced the news during a recent press conference, though he didn’t reveal any details about the story lines.
“Ryan and Brad [Falchuk] are the undisputed masters of horror TV, having created the anthological limited series with American Horror Story and sustaining its success for nearly a decade as FX’s highest-rated series,” Landgraf said in a statement, according to TV Line. “We are grateful to them and Dana Walden and our studio partners for committing to another three years.”
