While singing her hit single “When We Were Young” onstage at her Las Vegas residency back in October, Adele, 35, found herself rolling in her own tears when she spotted an unexpected guest sitting in the audience.

In a clip shared by a fan (@adelesjuul) on X (formerly Twitter), the singer performs the iconic track from her third studio album, 25. Dressed as Morticia Addams from The Addams Family for Halloween, Adele casually walks down the aisle of the concert venue while her fans marvel over her presence.

She stops singing when spots a familiar face in the crowd, which happens to be the doctor who delivered her son, Angelo, who is now ten years old. The “Hello” singer is overcome with emotion, and in a swift motion, she turns to the crowd and says, “Oh my god, Colin! This is my doctor that gave birth to my baby! I haven't seen you for years!”

Adele rushes to the seat where her old pal is sitting and embraces him. “Sorry! Will you sing it for me? That man delivered my baby!” the singer explains once she returns to the stage.

Back in October 2012, Adele and her then-husband, Simon Konecki, welcomed their baby boy together in London. Angelo’s arrival came four months after the Grammy Award winner revealed she was pregnant with her first child in a blog post shared on her website, which has since been deleted.

“I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together,” she wrote, according to People. “I wanted you to hear the news directly from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx.”
