How to Make Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

The best snacks are actually just chocolate chip cookies those that will satisfy you between meals and have just a hint of sweetness. This yummy matcha chia seed pudding does just that. Make it in the morning before you head out and then stick it in the fridge until the munchies kick in.

What You Need:
 - 1 cup almond milk
 - 3 tablespoons chia seeds
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - ½ cup hot water
 - 1 tablespoon matcha

Step 1: In a small resealable container, stir the almond milk with the chia seeds and honey until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Sprinkle the matcha into the hot water and stir with a fork to help dissolve the matcha. Keep mixing until little to no clumps remain.

Step 3: Pour the matcha tea into your chia seed mixture. Whisk with a fork to thoroughly combine.

Step 4: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (the longer it sits, the more solid it will be) before digging in. Enjoy!
