We love rosé and all, but sometimes variation is key. And that’s where our new best friend, watermelon Champagne, comes into the picture. Here’s the two-ingredient, super-quick way to make this perfectly refreshing watermelon champagne cocktail.
What you need: Watermelon juice and a bottle of your finest Champagne (err--any sparkling wine). You can even make your own watermelon juice by puréeing fresh fruit chunks, a trick we learned from Dianeabroad.
How to make it: Fill a Champagne flute 1/3 of the way with watermelon juice. Fill the rest with Champagne. If you want to get fancy, you can also add mint leaves or basil for garnish.
