Huzzah! Kate Middleton’s Favorite Sneaker Brand Is on Major Markdown for October Prime Day

It’s no secret that Kate Middleton is as big a fan of affordable fashion as the average non-royal, and I can’t help but suspect she gets the same thrill as the rest of us when those affordable items are discounted even further (she is only human, after all). Which is why I’m delighted to tell you, dear reader—and the Princess of Wales if she’s reading (hey, Kate!)—that the royal-approved Veja sneakers are included in this year’s October Prime Day sale, happening now through Oct. 9. Right now Amazon Prime members (sign up for a free trial here) can score more than 30 percent off tons of Veja sneaker styles, including those beloved by Kate Middleton herself. She’s been spotted numerous times wearing white Veja sneakers with subtle metallic detailing, as has her sister-in-law Meghan Markle, though the latter appears to prefer a classic black-and-white version.

This best-selling Brazilian sneaker is made partially of recycled materials and has a cushy insole that’s reportedly super comfortable for all-day wear. Reviewers do note that these sneakers, available in sizes US 4 to 11, require some break-in time. But once they’ve formed to your feet, they’ll feel like they were made specifically for you and apparently last quite a long time without showing much wear and tear. Plus there are lots of chic colors to choose from, including Middleton’s preferred gold and Markle’s classic black, during the October Prime Day sale. That said, many colors have been selling out, so you might want to snap up your sneaker of choice ASAP—before KMiddy beats you to it.
