Vanessa Hudgens Steps Out in All the Outfit Flourishes (Prints! Puff Sleeves! Ruffles!)

She modeled a plaid Michael Kors Collection puff-sleeved blazer with ruffles at the shoulder worn over a leopard-print silk dress with ruffles and a bow at the neck. She belted the maximalist ensemble with a thin black grommet-studded belt. Even though it was a lot of look, Hudgens totally made it work. In fact, we’re almost tempted to recreate the outfit.

Unfortunately, the actress’s exact dress and blazer aren’t available, but the Michael Kors Collection leopard-print silk asymmetric dress ($2,250) and plaid peplum jacket ($1,850) are nearly identical.

The Bad Boys for Life star finished the look with Saint Laurent platform ankle boots ($950) and black sheer tights because it’s seriously freezing in New York. She matched her earrings to the grommets on her belt and wore thick, contemporary silver half hoops. Hudgen’s makeup artist, Allan Avendaño, created a copper-accented glowy face for her and her hairstylist Danielle Priano fashioned a middle-parted curly ponytail with face-framing pieces.

Does this mean gingham and leopard go together? We think so.
