In the caption, Ross jokingly asked if her outfit was more "tomato or hot pepper?" Color scheme aside, her ensemble gives off some serious '70s vibes, featuring a pair of high-waisted pants, gold hoop earrings and a swirly red, orange and cream-colored top. Ross's hypnotic look was assembled by Black-ish costume designer, Michelle R. Cole, who received an Emmy nomination for her work in 2019.
Ross added, "...and don’t y’all be fluffin out my booty to make it bigger. I see how y’all do me on the internet."
The post caused quite a stir among fans and friends, like Phoebe Robinson, who said, "[Cake] for days. Damn, mama!" Fellow actress Aisha Hinds commented a series of fire emojis, while her Mixed-ish co-star Ethan William Childress added, "Always spicy hot [pepper] [fire emoji]."
Will Ross slow down any time soon? It's highly unlikely.
