With the help of her talented stylists, Karla Welch and Grace Wrightsell, Ross rocked a sequin lavender turtleneck with a mustard yellow cut-out skirt (Valentino), completing the look with bright pink pumps (Christian Louboutin) that are giving us Barbie vibes.
One fan commented, "Your outfit is like art. So pretty!" Another added, "My favorite look FOREVER." Even Tarana J. Burke wrote, "The surprise sequin top…*chef's kiss*."
It comes as no surprise that so many look up to Ross as a style icon—especially since she has gone to great lengths to achieve some of her most noteworthy looks. For instance, in May, the 48-year-old entrepreneur offered fans a glimpse of a behind-the-scenes video from a shoot where she struggled to get into a pair of thigh-high silver boots. In the caption, she wrote, "Oh what I’ll do for fashion… yes these were both left-footed boots [laughing emoji]. Bless you @shionat for rolling all over the floor trying to get these on my feet! @marieclairemag."
Another standout look came back in March when Ross brought the heat in her backyard with an oversize red-and-black suit. While sharing her outfit details, which included multiple re-wears, she wrote, "@sterlingruby suit selected and thrown over the gate by @karlawelchstylist (boy do I miss you!) and styled by me out of my closet. Those are my #thenorthfacexgucci boots and some cutie old @celine earrings."
All we can say is, come through, Fashion Fairy Godmother.
