Forget Eras—Taylor Swift's September style tour is in full swing as the star has been stepping out and about this month in the cutest looks. From the denim-on-denim outfit she wore to cheer on Travis Kelce at the Chiefs game last week to the sexy sheer top she donned for her pizza date over the weekend, girl has been slaying it on the fashion front. And the ensemble she just wore to the 2024 US Open in New York was certainly no exception.

The singer went full "Miss Americana" to view the tennis championships alongside her footballer beau, slipping into an adorable red gingham mini dress from Reformation ($248), which still happens to be in stock in select sizes. IMO, Swift's take on gingham is less Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz and more fun-and-flirty Cottagecore. And if the collections from some of my go-to brands are any indication, the picnic-table pattern is totally on trend for fall. I mean, what could be more perfect for a day spent apple picking and cider sipping?

Whether you want to embrace the trend in the *exact* Reformation dress Swift wore, or care to peep some similar styles, I've got you covered with some stylish gingham numbers to shop below.

Designed with a fitted bodice, subtle sweetheart neckline and flared skirt, Swift's gingham frock is the epitome of feminine and flirty. It's made of 100 percent linen, making it a temperature-regulating choice for transitional fall days, plus it has smocking at the back that should provide some stretchy comfort. The thin straps can be styled off the shoulder, as displayed by the model here, or worn up regularly à la Swift at the US Open. Either way, the dress will look adorable.

This flouncy mini from Frankies Bikinis, which is available for preorder, looks just like Tay's, but with a higher boat neck and playful puffy sleeves. Per the brand, it's made of a light, gauzy fabric that I imagine will feel nice and cool on those warmer autumn days. Pair it with a basket bag to really drive the picnic look home.

A classic sundress with some gingham flair—what's not to love about this pretty pick from Loft? It's on the longer side, so it offers more coverage on chilly days, and has an all-around smocked top and adjustable straps to help you get the perfect fit. I, along with many of its 5-star reviewers, also love the fact that it has pockets. Just note that some buyers say it runs large, so you may want to size down for a less billowy fit.

If you'd prefer to go with a more muted hue, this black gingham midi from Quince is the ideal option for all your fall outings. It has a similar fit-and-flare silhouette as the dress Swift wore, complete with a smocked panel at the back, and is also made of 100 percent linen so it's lightweight and breathable. Buyers describe the fabric as "soft and structured," and confirm just how flattering it looks on. Given its price tag, it would be a fashion fumble *not* to buy it.
