PureWow editors are always looking to Taylor Swift for the best recommendations on stylish outfits, beauty products, recipes and even athletic wear—including this posture-correcting sports bra from Forme (was $188, now $141). And lucky for us, the scientifically-designed bra is on sale now for Cyber Monday 2024, along with the *entire* rest of Forme's site. Here's what you need to know about it.

In the video above, PureWow Content Lead Kate Kesselman put the Forme Power bra to the test. Kesselman says "Because of [the] thick straps, I can feel my shoulders being pulled back...which is helping my posture." She also calls out that it feels super secure through various workouts. Kesselman's not the only PureWow fan, either. Editor-in-Chief Jillian Quint, who has also worn the bra, shares, "I absolutely love this bra. I'm not *positive* it actually improves my posture, but it makes me think about my posture, which in turn makes me stand up straighter. It's also just a solid, supportive sports bra (I'm a runner) that looks cute to boot: It has enough coverage that I can wear without a shirt, if I'm feeling saucy."

As for the design of the Power bra (which was created by an orthopedic surgeon), it's made with varied tension fabrics and double-fabric panels that are intended to help your body build up muscle memory to achieve better posture when standing, sitting, walking and sleeping. The brand suggests stretching the armholes a bit before wearing the bra for the most comfortable fit and, according to shoppers, it fits true-to-size.

I was already sold after seeing the Power bra had Swift's stamp of approval, but considering the science that went into the design, plus the rave reviews from PureWow editors and other shoppers, I'm putting this baby straight in my cart. And if you're just as sold, jump on this sale while you can save more than $40 on the style.
