We’re Vibing with Princess Victoria of Sweden’s Blue Velvet Suit

Once upon a time, Meghan Markle’s off-the-shoulder day-dresses and Kate Middleton’s Zara steals were boundary-pushing. But today, Princess Victoria totally rewrote the royal style game.

It all started when Sweden’s 42-year-old heir to the throne and her husband Prince Daniel, 36, visited the National Board of Health and Welfare in Stockholm, which works to ensure social welfare, health and high-quality medical care for the Swedish population. For the outing, the Crown Princess sported an incredible royal blue velvet double-breasted blazer and matching trousers.

How Princess Victoria Styled Her Velvet Suit

She finished the chic look with navy drop earrings, a white bow-neck blouse, pointed-toe black leather heeled booties and a sleek bun. Her husband followed her lead and wore a navy blue double-breasted suit jacket of his own. He wore it with slacks, a black mock-neck sweater and black dress shoes.

Although the designer of Princess Victoria’s epic suit isn’t clear, we were able to find a couple of similar versions so you can recreate the look.
