Wear. Rewear. Rinse. Repeat. The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, recently gave new life to a gorgeous cherry tomato red gown that she wore a couple of years back to the Salute to Freedom Gala in November of 2021. The bright show-stopping hue has been trending big time for fall this year, so it's no wonder that Markle donned this same Carolina Herrera gown to the 2024 Children's Hospital Los Angeles Gala in LA over the weekend.

During the gown's original run, Markle wore the two piece dress in full. The design features an inner loose and long strappy pencil skirt dress with a heart-shaped bodice and plunging neckline. On top of the garment is a removable overskirt, adding body and shape to the overall ensemble. In 2021, Markle opted for both the dress and overskirt, a chic slicked back bun, satin pointed-toe heels and diamond jewelry.

This year, the royal was photographed wearing the gown more casually. She ditched the overskirt and opted only for the pencil skirt dress, allowing the more form-fitting elements to shine. The Duchess paired her dress with thin red heels, but this time they were open-toed. She wore her hair in free flowing beachy waves to complete the look.
