Madewell's New Fall Denim Collection Is a *Jean* Come True—and These Styles Won't Stay in Stock Long

I don't know about you, but I'm so ready for fall. And for the first time ever, it's got nothing to do with sweater weather and everything to do with Madewell's fall 2024 denim collection. ICYMI, the editor-loved brand, dropped some new styles on Aug. 8, and shoppers have been flocking to secure the jeans and midi skirt for under $150 ever since (myself included).

Whether or not you're in the market for some new denim, I *highly* suggest you check out Madewell's latest arrivals. Because did I mention that PureWow editors wear the brand's jeans on the regular? So trust me, you won't regret snagging one of the four fresh styles, including the Darted barrel-leg jeans ($148), Superwide-Leg jeans ($138), Low-Slung baggy jeans ($138) and denim Circle midi skirt ($138). But with so many cool items to choose from, how do you pick just one?

If you ask me, there's one style you should definitely buy ASAP: the Darted barrel-leg jeans, which already have a fan club on TikTok and a rave review from PureWow Commerce Editor Olivia Dubyak. While the polarizing style is technically not new to Madewell, the brand just released the jeans in *two* new colors: Irmo wash, a faded blue, and Driftwood brown, a fall-ready neutral.

As you probably guessed, buyers are lining up to get their hands on the new colors as we speak, and after reading Dubyak's review, I can see why. She shared, "Because I've seen barrel jeans styled on a lot of thin, narrower shaped bodies, I wanted to see how they would lay on my wide hips and thicker thighs. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised with the fit of Madewell's version... [I] was worried that [the width of the legs] would make my hips look wider. To my surprise, because of the fitted waist and space before the side seams barrel out, it actually does the opposite, making my waist and hips look narrower."
