Just because they haven't been able to get out to conduct their regular appearances doesn't mean the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been lounging on some royal couch, watching Netflix. (Although we wouldn't blame them if they did). The couple has been hopping on video calls for interviews, meet-and-greets and to give us a sneak peek at their country home in Norfolk.

For the couple's latest appearance, Kate Middleton proved once again that you don't need to sacrifice style to dress comfortably.

In an interview with the BBC to discuss Every Mind Matters, an organization aimed at promoting mental and emotional wellbeing, Middleton looked casual, cool and comfy in a white-and-navy Breton-striped sweater and loose waves. And if that knit looks familiar (you know, other than just being a striped sweater), it's because we've seen Middleton wearing it multiple times before.

Last May, the duchess was spotted in these same stripes while attending the kickoff ceremony for the King's Cup Regatta in Greenwich. The rest of her ensemble was very on-theme for that particular event (she wore the knit with sailor-inspired trousers from L.K. Bennett), but it's unclear what the rest of Middleton's BBC outfit on April 16 looked like. While we really want the answer to be sweatpants (royals, they're just like us!), it's probably too much of a protocol breach for even the PDA practicing princess.

Despite the fact that we've seen Middleton in this gorgeous knit a few times now, the exact brand has yet to be confirmed. If you're really itching to get the royal look, below are five sweaters that feature similar blue-and-white French stripes.

1. La Ligne Stripe Merino Wool Turtleneck Sweater

2. Lilly Pulitzer Calloway Sweater

3. Tuckernuck Cream Parisian Striped Sweater

4. L.k. Bennett Elodie Breton Stripe Sweater

5. Arket Cotton Crew-neck Jumper
