Gabrielle Union has been seen at several different Olympic events in Paris this week, including Team USA's "Celebration of Olympic Basketball," where she rocked the chicest $100 black slip dress on the red carpet. But her latest look just might be my favorite. She wore a preppy, tenniscore-esque outfit to watch the 2024 Olympics Men's Basketball Final on Thursday, Aug. 8, complete with a pleated tennis skirt, a double-breasted navy blazer, a brown, leather crossbody bag and—and here's what really has me drooling—a sleek pair of crisp white sneakers. After sleuthing away, I found out that her kicks are the Train 89 leather and oxford sneakers ($138) from none other than Team USA's official Olympics outfitter, Polo Ralph Lauren.

Polo Ralph Lauren

For a celeb fashion pick, I would consider a $138 pair of leather-finished sneakers to be pretty reasonably priced. The classic Polo Ralph Lauren brand is known for its elevated sporty designs, and these tennis shoes are no exception. They're monochromatic with a black sole, and feature the famous Polo logo on the tongue, heel and insole. The upper is made of leather and fabric while the sole is 100 percent rubber for non-slip traction.

I love a pair of all-white sneakers because they're super versatile to wear with athleisure looks, or, as Union recently demonstrated by wearing a similar pair on the red carpet, to make a dress or skirt look effortlessly cool. While these seem to be designed to be more of a lifestyle shoe rather than a performance sneaker, I definitely wouldn't mind following in the star's sporty-chic footsteps and wearing them for a day out. Into them as much as I am? Better hurry—like everything else Union wears, they're selling out as we speak.
